This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated professional with a strong background in Transport Leadership to become part of a high-performing team.About the Role:As a Transport Planning Manager you will be responsible for overseeing daily logistics operations, optimising route planning, and maintaining excellent levels of customer satisfaction. Working closely with senior leadership, you will contribute to strategic planning, budgeting, and continuous improvement across the business.Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Management: Lead, manage and develop drivers, transport planners and the Driver Fleet Coordinator.Partner with HR to recruit, train and manage team performance.Ensure all customer SLAs are met and satisfaction levels remain high. Operational Performance: Oversee daily transport and logistics activities, ensuring routes are planned effectively.Monitor fleet utilisation, maximising efficiency and minimising downtime.Work closely with the Fleet Manager to manage maintenance schedules and report incidents.Attend and lead weekly planning meetings to ensu
