Daley Recruitment are seeking a Parts Manager for one of the largest independent Body shops in the UK on a permanent position. Package: - Monday to Friday - 45 Hours per week - Salary 45,000 plus 15,000 OTE - Pension scheme - Long service awards - Extensive benefit package available Job Role: - Be accountable for maximizing departmental profitability - Develop and implement operational strategies for the department - Making sure have exceptional cost control to optimize financial performance - Leading and helping a team of parts advisors to achieve the end goal - Maximizing commercial opportunities through improved supplier discount structures and terms - Working with other departments to find solutions for part supply issues - Ensuring health and safety requirements are to high standard at all times Requirements: - Must have minimum of 3 years as a Parts manager - Excellent leadership, management and organization skills - Experience using bodyshop management systems such as Autoflow or Advance - A valid driving licence
