HR Administrator

Overview
STUDIO LAMBERT is looking for an HR Administrator to join our in-house HR Team. This is a full-time permanent role with a 3 x month probation period starting ASAP. This is a London-based hybrid role, requiring a minimum of two days per week in the office.Responsibilities
Issuing and logging contractsMaintaining all right to work paperworkWeekly reportingRequesting IT setup and deactivationAdministrative tasks, including paperwork and welcome emails for new usersAssist with diversity reporting, training, and charity fundraisers across our officesHandle ad hoc queries as they ariseReport to the HR Manager and Head of HR and liaise with other departments when neededQualifications and Skills
Previous experience in HR/Finance/Payroll preferredStrong written and verbal communication skillsGood numeracy and attention to detailConfidentiality and discretionProficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook and ExcelLocation and Availability
