Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and lead on SEND strategy across the schoolManage EHCP processes and ensure compliance with statutory requirementsWork collaboratively with staff to implement personalised learning supportTrack progress and maintain detailed, up-to-date recordsLiaise with parents, carers, and external professionalsIdeal Candidate Will Have:QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)National SENCO Award (or currently working towards it)Strong understanding of the SEND Code of PracticeExperience working with a range of SEN needs across key stagesExcellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
