The Role As the Electrical Technician Lead Hand, you will play a key role in supporting the Electrical Supervisor to manage daily operations within the electrical department. You''ll oversee a team of skilled technicians, ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. In the supervisor''s absence, you''ll take on leadership responsibilities - maintaining workflow, prioritising tasks, and ensuring all deadlines are achieved.
