A warm and welcoming Nursing Home who are rated ‘Good’ on CQC are seeking a Clinical Lead Nurse to join their team in Mansfield with fantastic care facilities. 

You will be working 44 Hours Per Week, 4 shifts per week and in return will receive £22.00 per hour plus a comprehensive benefits package.  Free parking is available and opportunities for professional development within the Nursing Home and Nurse career progression. 

 

We are looking for a Clinical Lead Nurse with:

 

- Nursing home experience.

- Good clinical knowledge of nursing for elderly people.
- Current NMC registration and a strong clinical background in elderly care, dementia care, or complex needs. 
- Experience in a supervisory or management role within a care home or healthcare setting.
- Confident in mentoring and coaching staff, ensuring professional development across the team.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
- A thorough understanding of regulatory requirements (CQC standards) and a proactive approach to maintaining quality assurance.
- Experience in developing, implementing, and reviewing care plans and risk assessments.
