ABC Teachers are seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant to work at a primary school in Coventry starting with immediate effect The role itself:You will be working on a 1:2 basis, assisting in classrooms and providing interventions for a specific pupil while de-escalating stressful situations to help the teacher conduct lessons successfully.You must have:Strong adaptabilityA strong passion for learning and showing creativity.Patience, Resilience and ReliabilityStrong interpersonal skills to cater to the specific needs of the pupil.Be able to provide 2 solid references covering years experience.Hold a DBS registered on the update service or must be able to arrange one.Have previous experience working within education or a similar environment.ABC Teachers is committed to safeguarding children, young people, and vulnerable adults.
