Role Summary:We are seeking a reliable and experienced AC engineer to perform service maintenance on high-end commercial sites across Greater London. The successful candidate will deliver professional service to our clients, working on a variety of Air Conditioning systems.Main Duties and Responsibilities:Attend and complete PPMs and reactive works, including breakdownsInstall experience (retrofit/system replacements) is desirableTroubleshoot and fault-find on all A/C systemsProduce quotations for work/remedials following service visitsWork on splits, VRFs, AHUs, DX systems, and some central plantWork independently and collaboratively with team membersThis is a mobile role across Greater LondonComplete FGAS paperwork and update logbooks on client sitesParticipate in Out of Hours Call Out RotaRole includes a van, uniform, PDA, and mobile phoneEssential Qualifications and Experience:CandG 2079 Cat1NVQ Level 3 or equivalentF-Gas certificationStrong mechanical and electrical backgroundExperience in a similar roleKnowledge of building fabric and basic reactive repairsUnderstanding of health and safety regulations related to maintenanceWillingness to work out of hours and on scheduled calloutsGood communication and organizational skillsUK driving licenseProficiency with IT packages (Outlook, Word, etc.)Employee Benefits:Overtime pay on weekdays and double time on weekends, with day in lieu for bank holidaysStandby rates: £15/day and £50 on bank holidays24 days holiday plus bank holidays (pro-rated for shift workers)Option to buy and sell holidays (buy 5 days, sell 2 days)Life assuranceAuto-enrolment pension schemeEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Cycle to work schemeElectric vehicle salary sacrifice schemeEmployee discountsTraining, development, and career progression opportunitiesAbout Us:Integral, part of JLL, is a UK-based Facilities and Maintenance company.
