Senior Residential Support Worker, Crediton: Empowering Young People

This is a permanent, full-time role with a competitive salary of -33,176 - -40,456. You''ll work a 40-hour week with sleep-ins and will be an integral part of a supportive team, providing mentorship and enhanced care.

Key Responsibilities

• Empower young people to develop life skills and independence.

• Manage challenging behaviors with confidence and empathy.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Residential Support Worker or similar role.

• Full UK driving license.

• Aged 21 or over.

• QCF Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare.
