This is an exciting opportunity to lead end-to-end testing across a complex HR technology landscape, ensuring the successful delivery of a high-quality, business-critical solution.You will work closely with HR stakeholders, system integrators, and technical teams to define and execute the testing strategy across multiple SuccessFactors modules.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and own the overall test strategy for the SAP SuccessFactors programmeLead test planning, coordination, and execution across all test phases (SIT, UAT, regression)Manage test resources, including onshore/offshore teams and third-party vendorsEnsure test coverage across key HR processes (e.g. Core HR, Recruitment, Performance, Learning)Collaborate with business stakeholders to support UAT preparation and executionOversee defect management, reporting, and resolution trackingEnsure alignment with data migration and integration testing activitiesProvide clear reporting and governance to programme leadershipKey Skills and ExperienceProven experience as a Test Lead on SAP SuccessFactors programmes or similar ERP or CRM ProjectsStrong understanding of HR proces
