You will be self-motivated and driven by the goal of establishing Turner and Townsend alinea as the #1 Cost Consultant in London. In this key position you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the team, embedding and promoting the values of Turner and Townsend alinea.You will:Set a clear strategy and ambition for the team, leading inclusively to leverage the variety of perspectives, insights and knowledge of our people; making Turner and Townsend alinea a great place to work.Identify, coach and mentor talent to realise their potential and celebrate the success of others.Drive a ''One Business'' culture.Achieve great outcomes by striking the right balance for our people, clients, shareholders and society.
