This is a newly created role for a Client Accountant within the Property sector on a permanent basis.Responsibilities of this role include: Reporting to clients (standard and client specific reporting) ensuring all SLAs and KPIs are adhered to Key contact for queries externally and internally, providing support and advice Complete balance sheet reviews accompanied with full commentary Manage a small team responsible for managing resource levels, performance management and development Manage and maintain the property and tenant database for all clients.
