You’ll welcome every customer with warmth and genuine care, taking time to share your knowledge of our products, collections, and brand philosophy. By delivering an elevated retail experience that reflects Bamford’s values of wellness and sustainability, you’ll help create meaningful connections and build a loyal client base.Your role will also involve supporting visual merchandising to keep the store pristine and inviting, assisting with events, and adding those thoughtful finishing touches — like gift wrapping during the festive season. Working closely with your team, you’ll contribute to achieving sales targets and always strive to exceed expectations.Qualifications

Previous experience in luxury retail or lifestyle brands.A meticulous eye for detail and a passion for creating serene, welcoming environments.A passion for organic living, wellness, and sustainable fashion.Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people.A proactive, positive attitude and a commitment to excellence.A genuine alignment with Bamford’s values of wellness, sustainability, and craftsmanshipFlexibility to work weekends and peak trading periods.Benefits
