Your role will ensure efficient preparation of proposals, accurate contract setup, and timely client engagement. Key Responsibilities:Pre-Sales Support:- Prepare and coordinate accurate quotations and proposals. - Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs. - Maintain and update CRM systems with opportunity statuses.Contract Setup and Administration:- Log and register new maintenance contracts with precision. - Organise internal handovers from sales to operations. - Maintain digital records and tracking systems. Post-Sale Coordination:- Track ongoing service delivery and contract milestones. - Act as a go-to contact for internal contract-related queries. - Assist in preparing reports for client review meetings.
