You will be involved throughout the full development lifecycle, ensuring systems are safe, intuitive, and optimised for real-world operational use.The successful candidate will contribute to the design and development of mission-critical technology, with direct exposure to end users and the opportunity to influence system design from concept through to delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver Human Factors Integration (HFI) activities across the system development lifecycle in line with relevant standards (e.g. Def Stan 00-251)Analyse operator roles within complex systems, particularly mission planning and control environmentsDefine and maintain Human-Computer Interface (HCI) design artefacts and specificationsLead and support structured user engagement activities to inform design decisionsContribute to a human-centred design approach through task analysis and requirements developmentCollaborate with multi-disciplinary teams including systems and software engineeringProvide input to demonstrator activities, including planning and facilitating user trials and engagement sessionsDeliver technical briefings and stakeholder updates as requiredSkills and Experience Req
