Your new role Your new role will be a temporary position running until mid-September, assisting with Purchase Ledger. You''ll become a vital part of the finance department, responsible for registering and processing purchase invoices, reconciling supplier statements, liaising with departments and suppliers to resolve queries, and supporting payment runs. You''ll also assist with petty cash processing, manual payments, and general financial admin. What you''ll need to succeed What you''ll need to succeed is prior experience in a finance or purchase ledger role, confidence using finance systems, and excellent attention to detail, as well as the ability to start a new role immediately. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage deadlines are essential. A flexible, proactive attitude and a readiness to support wider departmental activities will also be valuable.
