Workday Extend Developer - 4 months - Hybrid (Norwich) - Inside IR35 We are seeking a Workday Extend Developer for a 4-month contract opportunity with one of our leading clients in the insurance sector, based in Norwich. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in designing, building, and deploying custom Workday Extend applications who can bridge the gap between technical delivery and business needs. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy custom applications using Workday Extend to meet business requirements in the insurance domain. Work closely with functional teams and business analysts to interpret business needs into scalable Workday solutions. Ensure all development aligns with Workday''s best practices for security, architecture, and integrations. Build and maintain reusable components and templates to support long-term development efficiency. What You Will Ideally Bring Proven hands-on experience delivering 1-2+ Workday Extend projects. Strong understanding of the Workday object model, XPaths, and security frameworks. Proficient with Workday Studio and integration tools (EIB, Core Connectors, REST/SOAP APIs). Familiarity with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Scripting in JavaScript or similar.
