NHS Property Services enables excellent patient care by acting as a trusted advisor to the NHS and by providing the best estate solutions.We manage 2,700 properties with 6,300 customers across England, which accounts for approximately 10% of the total NHS estate. Our properties range from listed buildings to new integrated care centres and include hospitals, GP practices and offices.The Senior Capital Manager will direct the End-to-End capital project and programme delivery process, managing the various stakeholders and suppliers, ensuring full governance and compliance is maintained. you will be the single point of contact with the customer for the construction works.This role will oversee ongoing projects and help initiate new projects in support of NHSPS business goals and objectives. The SCM will typically oversee locally procured Project Managers from a list of NHSPS approved companies in the provision of programme planning, budgeting, and input into the Business Case.
