We are seeking a Health and Safety Officer who is passionate about HandS, Environmental, and Sustainability within a manufacturing context. This role offers a friendly and passionate work environment with no weekend work required.Day-to-day of the role:Ensure a safe workplace environment without risk to health.Adhere to, review, update, and communicate all Health and Safety policies, procedures, rules, and regulations.Meet statutory obligations in all areas pertaining to health, safety, and welfare at work, including statutory training and reporting.Conduct and review risk assessments for all work equipment and operations.Document, investigate accidents and implement recommended improvements.Carry out safety inspections, manage fire drills and alarms, and ensure compliance with safety inspections, risk assessments, and lone working procedures.Coordinate the development of health and safety policies, systems of work, and procedures.Manage the company''s Environmental and Sustainability strategy.Maintain accurate health and safety and training records.Establish documented health and safety inspections, audits, and checks.Provide structured health and safety training throughout the compan
