Location: Chesterfield,-Hours: Monday to Friday, 7.00 am to 5.00 pm Salary: Starting at -27,100 per annum plus overtime paid at one and a quarter rate. Upon successful completion of the probation period, salary increases to -29,120 per annum plus overtime. Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

Francesca''s Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Warehouse / Production Administrator to join a well-established and fast-paced recycling facility located in Chesterfield. This role provides essential support to the Site Manager through the coordination of administrative functions, inventory management, and adherence to operational procedures within a busy multi-purpose yard.

Key responsibilities include acting as the first point of contact for visitors, contractors, and customers, managing site documentation and compliance, overseeing inventory control, updating stock records, conducting basic site checks, and supporting a strong health and safety culture.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in warehouse or production administration, possess strong IT skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office, and demonstrate excellent attention to detail. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and haulage documentation is desirable but not essential. This position would particularly suit individuals with a background in data entry or accounts, due to the high level of accuracy required.
