The Role at a Glance

Youandrsquo;ll be delivering engaging and well-structured lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the possibility of teaching at KS5 depending on your experience and expertise. This is your chance to share your passion for Maths while supporting students to achieve their full potential.

• Planning and teaching high-quality Maths lessons tailored to a range of abilities
• Tracking and assessing student progress, providing meaningful feedback
• Creating an inclusive and stimulating learning environment
• Encouraging a growth mindset and independent learning
• Collaborating with colleagues to continually refine best practice
• Supporting students to reach and exceed their academic goals

Who Weandrsquo;re Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (strong subject specialists without QTS are also welcome to apply)
• Experience teaching Maths at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 experience is a bonus)
• Genuine enthusiasm for Mathematics and education
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• A collaborative, proactive team player
