£17,709 rising to £18,157 per annum, plus bonus. This range is provided by Graham and Brown. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

What you’ll be doing

Collaborating with the Showroom Manager to run daily operations and elevate the customer experience

Curating bespoke design solutions, mood boards, and one-to-one consultations

Leading by example on the shop floor - coaching, mentoring, and motivating the team

Managing appointment bookings for design and colour consultations

Ensuring our brand is represented to perfection through displays and styling

Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and the development of new team members

Taking ownership in the Manager’s absence, making confident and commercial decisions

Hosting community and in-store events that bring the design journey to life

What makes a great Senior Showroom Consultant

A natural leader with previous premium retail experience, ideally in a supervisory capacity

A desire to sell our beautiful products and create loving homes

An interior design qualification

Visual merchandising pro with strong creative judgment

Confident advising customers on style, colour, and finishing touches

A brilliant communicator who builds rapport easily

Cool under pressure, organised, and energised by a fast-paced, design-led environment

Passionate about creating not just beautiful spaces—but unforgettable experiences
