We''re looking for a friendly and motivated 1st Line Support Technician to be the first point of contact for IT queries within our organisation. About the Role: As a 1st Line Support Technician, you ll provide front-line technical support to end-users across the business. You ll be troubleshooting hardware and software issues, escalating complex problems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.
