Define and operationalise enterprise-level Payments data strategies for leading clientsSpearhead business development efforts including pipeline growth, sales strategy and proposition shapingLead mixed Capco-client delivery teams focused on governance, data literacy, tooling and analyticsStrengthen Capco’s Payments presence through thought leadership and market networkingMentor and grow high-performing teams, championing a culture of collaboration and innovationWhat We’re Looking For
8+ years of data consulting experience, with at least 5 years in the Payments industryDeep experience advising C-suite stakeholders on strategic data initiativesStrong commercial acumen and a track record in sales, proposals and business developmentExpertise in data frameworks (e.g., DAMA DMBOK, DCAM, CDMC) and tooling implementationProven delivery leadership across complex transformations in multi-client environmentsBonus Points For
Practical experience with data tools such as Collibra, Ataccama or SolidatusEngagements involving ESG, digital payments innovation or regulatory complianceExperience scaling internal capabilities and leading talent development initiativesFamiliarity with open banking, ISO 20022, or payment modernisation initiativesFormal certifications in data strategy, governance or architectureWhy Join Capco
