AR Specialist, Co. Tyrone, Perm, Industry Your new company Hays are currently recruiting on behalf of a large local manufacturing and distribution business. The AR Specialist will be an integral part of the finance department, being responsible for the management and collection of Accounts Receivable.Your new role Track and Process Customer Invoices, Ensuring accurate and timely cash allocationRecord and reconcile all incoming financial transactions received to customer accounts.Review AR ageing to ensure compliance with established policies and proceduresInvestigate, analyse, and resolve customer accounts receivable balance discrepancies.Monitor the collection of outstanding debt and work with central AR to resolve disputesAssisting with audits and checking for discrepancies in financial accounts.Assist in month-end activities and processes.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.Other duties as assigned.What you''ll need to succeed Experience in Accounts receivable or a similar role.Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlinesAbility to demonstrate good ''attention to detail''Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalExcellent numerical skills and computer skillsWhat you''ll get in return This is an exciting role for an ambitious AR Specialist to grow their career within an established finance team.
