Job Purpose: Support Teaching and Learning: Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons, adapting resources to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with special educational needs. Lead Small Group Sessions: Plan and deliver focused interventions or activities to support pupils'' progress in line with curriculum objectives. Classroom Management: Supervise pupils during lessons or activities, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment. Mentor and Guide Pupils: Provide pastoral support to promote pupils'' personal development, behaviour, and emotional wellbeing.
