This is a senior, hands-on role. We are not looking to train someone up, and we are not looking for passengers. If you know temporary recruitment, you will already know what is expected. This position is for someone who is comfortable managing operatives, and can run a full desk properly without constant oversight. The role is focused solely on asbestos labour. You will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of asbestos operatives across live sites, overseeing resourcing, onboarding, and retention, and acting as a senior point of contact for both operatives and clients. You will be expected to manage issues as they arise, maintain standards, and ensure labour supply keeps pace with demand in a fast-moving and highly regulated environment. Strong communication is essential. You will be dealing with clients and operatives daily, often under pressure, and must be able to handle difficult conversations calmly, proactively, and professionally.
