You will be responsible for ensuring all supplier invoices are accurately matched, coded, and paid, while maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external partners.Your Responsibilities:Manage the full invoice lifecycle from receipt to payment using Syspro ERP, ensuring all invoices are matchedComplete daily reconciliations for GBP, EUR, and USD accounts; investigate anomalies and post cash book journals and pro-forma paymentsArrange and complete manual payment via NatWest BanklineMaintain accurate payments log and audit trailAct as the first point of contact for the accounts mailbox, resolving supplier queries and working with the Purchasing team to settle price variances or discrepancies.Drafting and updating department SOPs, uploading centrally to the BMS.
