You will be responsible for preparing and drafting legal documents, managing diaries and key deadlines and acting as a first point of contact for clients. The position will also involve overseeing file management from opening through to closure, coordinating appointments and ensuring all documentation is accurately maintained. In addition, you will take responsibility for tracking and chasing private fees within the road traffic department, helping to ensure payments are received in advance of hearings.
