The FirmA highly regarded Yorkshire law firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancer (5+ years’ experience) to join their busy Residential Property team. The firm is known for its supportive culture, progressive working practices, and strong reputation in the local market.
The RoleYou will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity. The role offers excellent client contact, autonomy in managing your files, and the opportunity to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team.
About You
Minimum of 5 years’ experience handling residential conveyancing transactions.
Confident in managing your own caseload independently.
Strong technical knowledge of the conveyancing process.
Excellent client care and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
