Telemetry Control Technician 24/7 (Water) at

Severn Trent . Join our 24/7 department to help keep water flowing around the clock, 365 days a year. This role involves working on a 7-week rotating shift pattern, averaging 37 hours per week, with a mix of mornings, afternoons, nights, and some day shifts.Responsibilities

Monitor and respond to telemetry alarms in the Water Supply and Distribution System and coordinate with operational teams to resolve issues.Investigate problems using analytical skills and support resolution with the appropriate teams.Proactively manage treated water storage reservoirs by adjusting water levels as needed.Collaborate with teams within the Operational Control Centre to maintain smooth operations.What We’re Looking For
