Trainee Recruitment ConsultantBirminghamSellick Partnership is looking to hire a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our specialist IT/Tech recruitment team based in Birmingham.As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work in partnership and be mentored by one of our experienced Directors as you network with IT/Tech candidates across the UK and build professional relationships.Our Tech recruitment team is well-established in the sector, and you will be able to network across a large IT candidate database to assist Recruitment Consultants in successfully recruiting to roles.As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will have excellent communication skills - both written and verbal, possess excellent organisational skills, and enjoy working towards KPIs and sales targets.ResponsibilitiesPartnering with Recruitment Consultants to source the best candidate talent in the market.Targeting passive candidates through headhunting.Developing and managing both new and existing candidate relationships.Developing and building on existing candidate relationships via telephone and face-to-face contact.Maintaining and developing candidate relationships in a competitive marketplace.Expanding our candidate network via Linked in and LinkedIn Recruiter.Conducting candidate interviews and qualifying them against current live roles.Actively sourcing candidates via our database, external jobs boards, and LinkedIn.Tailoring candidate CVs.Writing and refreshing adverts.
