This is a hybrid role offering flexibility and an accommodation allowance for those living 50 miles or more from the work base. Key Responsibilities: Provide professional leadership and supervision within the team, supporting the Team Manager with daily operations. Carry a reduced caseload, focusing on children and families with complex needs and undertaking in-depth assessments. Champion high standards of professional practice by coaching, mentoring, and providing on-the-job training to colleagues and students. Promote reflective practice and continuous learning to drive service improvement. Work collaboratively in a multi-agency environment to deliver effective, child-focused outcomes. Requirements: Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration. Significant post-qualifying experience, ideally at senior social worker or advanced social worker level. Proven ability to work with complex family cases and deliver high-quality, evidence-based assessments and interventions.
