About the Role
 
As a Recruitment Resourcer, you’ll support our consultants by sourcing and screening candidates, building strong talent pipelines, and ensuring a smooth candidate journey from start to finish. This is a fast-paced, people-focused role—perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative, target-driven environment.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and our internal database
• Conduct phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future roles
• Write and post engaging job adverts
• Coordinate interviews and gather feedback from candidates and clients
• Support consultants with administrative tasks related to the recruitment process
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the CRM

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable using social media, job boards, and recruitment software
• Previous experience in a recruitment, sales, or customer service role (preferred but not essential)
• A team player with a strong work ethic and a passion for helping people
