Business Support Manager

SF Recruitment have partnered with an established business in Redditch who are looking to recruit a Business Support Manager on a permanent basis.
Salary: £30,000-£35,000with £5k car allowance
Working pattern: full time Monday to Friday, site based with occasional travel
Performance Monitoring & Analysis
- Gather, analyse and report on PM performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Track and assess fitter performance, highlighting any concerns or trends that need addressing.
- Provide the Director with actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency and quality.
Recruitment & Compliance
- Ensure PMs follow the established recruitment process for new fitters.
- Monitor compliance status of existing fitters (e.g., public liability insurance, certifications, etc.) and take proactive action to prevent non-compliance (XF status).
- Support Human Resources in maintaining an up-to-date record of fitter documentation and liaise with PMs to ensure necessary renewals.
Administrative & Event Support
- Organise and coordinate quarterly PM events, including booking venues, accommodation and other logistics.
- Assist in the preparation of presentation materials and reports for PM meetings.
- Manage scheduling and administrative tasks for the Director of Installations, ensuring smooth operational support, including PM diaries.
Training & Systems Support
- Assist in the rollout and dissemination of training for PMs, including updates to Salesforce and ArtiCAD systems.
- Provide support and guidance on system usage, ensuring all PMs are equipped with the latest updates and functionalities.
Health & Safety Compliance
- Support the Director of Installations in ensuring H&S standards are upheld across PMs and fitters.
- Monitor H&S compliance within the field, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure fitters and PMs adhere to company H&S regulations and policies.
Deputising for Director of Installations
- Step in to support or represent the Director of Installations as needed in meetings and operational decisions.
- Provide leadership and oversight to PMs in the absence of the Director of Installations.
