Electrical Project Manager
OHUK, a specialist recruitment agency within the MEP sector we are currently working with a growing electrical subcontractor that is continuing to expand its portfolio across London. Due to sustained growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, our client is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work within the design & build sector, delivering high-quality CAT A & CAT B office fit-out projects across Central London - previous management experience in this sector is essential.
The Company

The Role
As Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple commercial fit-out projects from pre-construction through to handover. Projects are based throughout Central London.
Key responsibilities include:

Managing projects from inception to completion

Overseeing programme, budget, and quality control

Coordinating labour, subcontractors, and suppliers

Attending client and site meetings
-
Ensuring H&S compliance and industry standards are met

Reporting to senior management on progress and performance
Requirements

Minimum 2 years’ experience in an Electrical Project Manager role

Proven experience delivering CAT A / CAT B office fit-outs - essential
