The Role As Interim Financial Accountant, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial reports, supporting both day-to-day finance operations and wider organisational objectives. You''ll work closely with senior leadership and operational teams to ensure financial stability and informed decision-making during a period of change. Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly and quarterly management accounts.Support year-end processes, including audit preparation and liaison with external auditors.Produce accurate financial statements, reconciliations, and variance analysis.Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and ongoing cash-flow management.Maintain and enhance internal financial controls and compliance frameworks.Partner with non-finance stakeholders to interpret financial performance and provide commercial insight.Identify and implement improvements to financial processes and reporting.
