Our ideal candidate would possess the below experiences or skills:Have at least 2 years'' experience in a premium restaurant or hotel environment.Deliver and supervise meetings and events across the hotel, in close partnership with the Sales and Events teamOversee training and personal development plans for the FandB team, by partnering closely with the Group Learning and Development Manager, and ensuring each team member are given the necessary tools to deliver exceptional service.Support in monitoring standard operating procedures across the FandB department, driving their adoption and ensuring their effectiveness to enable the team to deliver to the defined service standards.At Signet Collection, we believe that our appearance reflects the luxury and elegance our guests expect when they stay with us.
