Design and deliver interactive, needs-based training sessions, primarily via remote platforms such as Microsoft Teams. Serve as the main point of contact during the onboarding phase, providing timely responses and support. About You: Excellent communicator with experience in customer-facing roles. Skilled in training delivery, onboarding, or customer success, ideally within a software or digital services environment.
