My client, a house builder, are currently seeking a Customer Service Coordinator. They will serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns. They will manage and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. The role with be based in Banbury. The succesful candidate must have previous experience in a customer service or customer care role, within the housing sector.
