Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Senior Communications Manager to lead the execution of the global communications strategy for our enterprise-wide Digital Core transformation program, deploying SAP S/4 Hana and other technology platforms (i.e., Common Edge systems) across the Mars global CPG business. This role will ensure consistent, clear, and engaging communications to support internal stakeholder alignment and the ongoing engagement program participants throughout the program lifecycle. What are we looking for? Proven experience in strategic communications, preferably within large-scale IT or ERP transformation programs.Strong knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA or similar ERP platforms is preferredExceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into accessible, audience-appropriate messaging.Track record of working in global, matrixed organizations with diverse stakeholder groups.Experience with change management and organizational transformation frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci) is a plus.Ability to work collaboratively across functions and cultures in a fast-paced environment.Self-starter with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
