Injection Moulding Team Leader



Overview

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Injection Moulding Team Leader to oversee a team of technicians and support efficient, safe, and compliant manufacturing operations. This role focuses on tooling management, process improvement, problem-solving, and leading a high-performing team within a regulated production environment.

• Lead and support a team of technicians, ensuring high safety and performance standards.
• Troubleshoot injection moulding machinery and tooling issues and coordinate with external toolmakers.
• Oversee tool changes, setups, approvals, and daily production priorities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as cycle-time reduction, scrap reduction, and SMED.
• Maintain accurate documentation aligned with GMP, ISO 9001, and cleanroom standards.
• Collaborate with planning, warehouse, quality, and manufacturing teams to maintain smooth production flow.

• Strong technical background in injection moulding and mould tool setting.
• Experience leading or supervising a technical team.
• Hands-on experience with hot runner and cold runner tooling.
• Knowledge of GMP, ISO 9001, and ISO 14644 cleanroom requirements.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
