As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will play a key role in driving the lettings business forward, working closely with landlords and tenants to deliver exceptional service while achieving strong results.Key ResponsibilitiesRegister and qualify applicants, matching them to suitable propertiesConduct property viewings and negotiate offersBuild and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenantsGenerate new business opportunities and secure instructionsWork towards and exceed personal and team targetsAssist with listing and marketing properties (experience in listing is highly desirable)Provide outstanding customer service throughout the lettings processAbout YouEnergetic, enthusiastic, and highly motivated with a strong work ethicFriendly and confident communicator, both face-to-face and over the phoneProven experience in lettings (senior negotiator level or strong negotiator ready to step up)Experience listing properties is highly desirableFull UK driving licence is essentialMust live within a 1-hour
