Production and Packaging Operative Do you have experience of working in manufacturing or production, then this role could be for you! We are seeking multiple dedicated Production Operators to join our food manufacturing team to work Monday-Friday 6am - 3pm or 2pm - 10pm shift. These roles involve working in a fast-paced environment to ensure the efficient and safe production of high-quality food products. The ideal candidate MUST have manufacturing or production experience and will possess a strong understanding of food safety standards, mechanical knowledge, and basic mathematical skills. Production and Packaging Operative Duties The successful applicants will learn how to operate and maintain our new tablet presses and capsule filling machines whilst following strict GMP guidelines. We are looking for candidates that are able to follow instructions precisely, monitor machines to ensure high batch quality, work efficiently and meet output targets. You must be able to work independently, taking responsibility for the quality of your output whilst supporting the wider team. Please note this is a role that requires lifting and standing for extended periods.
