This role plays a vital part in ensuring product consistency, safety, and quality.Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor blending machines and equipmentWeigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to production instructionsEnsure proper blending of products based on recipes and batch recordsMaintain accurate records of batches and production logsClean and sanitize blending equipment and work areas according to food safety standardsFollow health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all timesCommunicate effectively with supervisors and quality control staff Requirements: Previous experience in a food manufacturing or blending environment preferredAbility to follow instructions and pay close attention to detailComfortable working in a physically active role (lifting, bending, standing for long periods)Basic math and measuring skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to work
