As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating construction projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.Oversee all phases of construction projects, including planning, design, procurement, and executionManage on-site teams and subcontractors effectivelyLiaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and expectationsMonitor project budgets, timelines, and resourcesEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policiesReport progress regularly to senior managementWhat We\''re Looking For

Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction sectorStrong knowledge of UK building regulations and industry best practicesExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlinesSMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificationsOn Offer
