This pivotal role will see you at the forefront of strategic people initiatives, focusing on equity programme design, sales incentive harmonisation, job architecture, and organisational design. You will play a crucial part in preparing the company for new European and UK Pay Transparency regulations, ensuring compliance while supporting business transformation and growth. The position offers an attractive salary of £75,000 to £85,000 per annum (or circa EUR 110,000), pro-rated for the 12-month term, with potential flexibility based on project delivery and organisational priorities.
