We’re looking for a Digital Product Owner to join our Delivery team here at UNRVLD. If you’re a natural leader who is able to balance multiple projects across multiple business industries, keep pace with fast moving projects and ambitious timelines, while delivering the best value to clients, please read on.Role

As a Product Owner at UNRVLD, you will be part of a highly skilled multidisciplinary team. You will run and facilitate workshops to understand client businesses, pain points, ambitions and user requirements via our discovery process. You will translate business requirements, challenges, and user needs into build-ready backlog items and supporting materials.Role location: London, Leeds, Cardiff, Manchester or Belfast with a hybrid pattern of 2 days in the office.Role responsibilities

Understand multiple business industries, expertise and business logic.Challenge requirements constructively to ensure deliverables meet business needs, expectations and add value.Support the project life cycle from conception to support.Support clients during UAT, run client training sessions, answer platform-based questions and support CMS platform utilization.During build, define sprint goals, prioritise and manage the backlog, ensuring value is delivered while keeping sprint workload achievable in line with the project manager’s resource profile.Work with accounts managers and clients to identify additional opportunities via customer roadmaps, enhancements, consultancy and training.Be proactive and hands-on with the CMS, third-party tools and systems.Experience required

Ability to move between extracting and formulating business requirements with senior clients, and managing scope with the production team and client.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable facilitating meetings with varied stakeholders.Experience developing user stories, wireframes, product backlogs and acceptance criteria.Ability to digest large amounts of research, pull out relevant insights and form opinions.Experience distilling research and applying it to relevant situations.Resourceful and comfortable working independently; proactive in managing project requirements and scope.Energetic about complex problem solving with the drive to find the best solution.Experience working closely with senior clients.Experience working with UX, design and development teams.Demonstrable previous experience in a Product Owner role.Experience running workshops and information playback sessions.Desirable

Understanding of web technologies.Experience with CMS platforms, headless platforms and/or software development.Understanding of business analysis principles.Experience working within a digital agency or development house.Experience developing user stories, wireframes, product backlogs and acceptance criteria.Experience working within an agile environment.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Business or equivalent.Experience working within a development team.Experience of CRO processes.We offer
