4Recruitment Services are seeking a Children and Families Clinical Officer for our client based in South London. The post holder will: work within the integrated Family Hub model providing clinical expertise to assist Family Hub, Early Help, Social Work and other frontline staff to improve outcomes for 0-2s and their parents/carers as well as providing a clinical assessment and therapeutic service to the most vulnerable children and their families. work within a systemic framework, embedded across Family Hubs, Children and Family Centres, and Early Help services. Your work will include both 1:1 and group interventions focused on supporting parent-infant mental health and relationships. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Lead on the provision of therapeutic consultation and support to children and families within assigned service area and offer advice and support to other professionals in understanding and developing skills in the methods used. Contribute to the assessment of risk and protective factors in cases where there are issues of risk of harm to children. Develop and implement non-judgmental and creative ways of working to meet the emotional and mental health needs of vulnerable children and their families including running groups and workshops. Provide training in clinical theories, assessment and therapeutic methods to colleagues across Southwark. Undertake assessment of therapeutic need and analyse, evaluate the most appropriate therapeutic interventions base
