This is a great opportunity to drive measurable improvements in quality, efficiency, and cost using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, while helping to embed a strong continuous improvement culture across the site.Key Responsibilities for the Continuous Improvement Engineer: Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity, flow, and operational performanceApply Lean tools (5S, VSM, standard work, visual management) to optimise processesSupport root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality and production issuesTrack and report on key metrics such as OEE, cycle time, and cost savingsFacilitate Kaizen events and CI workshops across multiple departmentsCollaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to deliver sustainable improvementsCoach and mentor colleagues on Lean principles and CI best practicesUpdate process documentation and ensure compliance with quality standardsWe re looking for someone with experience in process optimisation within a manufacturing environment, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to driving change and continuous improvement.
